In September 2026, Decimal AI announced a $4 million seed round co-led by Khosla Ventures and Kearny Jackson, with participation from Atlassian Ventures and Weekend Fund.

Sanjeet and Kevin met at Eightfold AI and founded Decimal AI to bring engineering-level understanding to customer support.
Co-founder & CEO
Sanjeet previously led AI at Eightfold. Earlier, he worked on Facebook’s News Feed ranking systems and built pricing systems at Uber. He brings that experience to helping support teams understand what happened in a customer’s product and how to resolve it.
Co-founder & CTO
Kevin built Databricks’ vector search product from the ground up and led infrastructure at Eightfold. He brings deep experience in search and large-scale systems to connecting customer questions with evidence across code, logs, and production data.
